Grant and Matt are in first grade,Cailean is in sixth grade.

The Golem by Beverly Brodsky McDermot was a great book. It was a bit confusing , but had great pictures . This book is about monster made to protect the Jews from the christians who wanted to kill them.

Fun for all people who like RED RIDING HOOD. This book tells a different version. The pictures are dark and mysterious. This book achieved the Golden Caldecott Award. This book is about three children out smarting a wolf. The wolf died because it’s heart shattered.

All Eyes On The Pond by Michael S. Rosen and Tom Leonard it is a good book because it is about living creatures . The pictures are exciting and fun because they are very detailed. The cover is great because there are all different kinds animals on it . The story takes place in a pond . I would recommend this book to my friends because they can learn about different animals .

Riding Silver Star written by Joanna Cole was about a girl named Abby and her horse Silver Star. Abby has a horse show coming up, but she is having trouble jumping. When Ellen, her instructor, shows her the right way to jump, Abby can without falling. Will Abby and Star win? Read Silver Star to find out. I would recommend Riding Silver Star because it was a happy book. I would also recommend this book to anybody who likes horses. It had beautiful pictures and an attractive cover.

Rapunzel

Rapunzel was sad and it was romantic story. I would recommend this book to you. It is about a girl who gets taken away by an evil sorceress when she is young . And when she becomes a teenager she is put in a tower ,with no doors to get in . The only way to get in to the tower is to have Rapunzel to let down her really long hair and climb up it . One day a prince heard her singing and she fell in love with her and if you want to read the rest check it out in your local library.
